We offer rush and international shipping nationwide- international inquiries please reach out via our contact page. 

Rental fee covers a straight hang use ONLY. If you plan to stand, step, or set any object, client, furniture etc ON the backdrop you must add the non-refundable Wear and Tear fee. 

HOW TO RENT A BACKDROP:

1- Browse our current inventory and choose the backdrop(s) that fit your vision.

2- Submit a rental request HERE to ensure availability. Each backdrop in our in-stock inventory is available for rent unless otherwise noted or already rented.

3- Once you've got the green light from us, place your order and remember, backdrops are not reserved until the order is paid in full. 

4- Love the backdrop you rented and want to purchase it? We'll subtract the rental fee & 1/2 the shipping fee from the backdrop purchase price. Must be arranged BEFORE last rental day and BEFORE return is processed.

• Shipping prices apply to all 50 states. Please reach out for international shipping.

• Returns are processed both either UPS and USPS. Renter is responsible for packing and returning the rental to the shipping partner chosen by Ultraviolet. 

STANDS AND SUPPORTS

• We do NOT rent stands or supports for shipped rentals.
• Our XL (8x12) Great Salt Lake can weigh upwards of 18-25 lbs so please plan your backdrops support system accordingly. We recommend the Photoflex ProDuty Backdrop Stand that has a max load rating of 40 lb. 

CANCELLATION

• Sometimes sh!t happens and schedules change. While rentals are non-refundable we are happy to credit to your account for future rentals and/or purchases. Text Ash to arrange.
