HOW TO RENT A HAND PAINTED BACKDROP:
1- Visit our in stock inventory and choose the backdrop(s) that fit your vision. Shipped rentals are available for 7 day rental periods. Need a longer rental? Contact us HERE
2- Determine if you need to add the *Wear & Tear fee. See more information below.
3- Submit a rental request HERE or text Ash at (801) 319-7114 to confirm availability. Be sure to include the backdrop name/number & rental dates. We answer quickly!
5- Got the go-ahead from us? Great! Place your order and remember: rentals are secured only once paid in full.
6- We'll reach out to confirm your order and determine shipping dates.
* WHAT'S A "WEAR & TEAR" FEE
The Wear & Tear fee is non-refundable and allows rented backdrops to be used as a "sweep" placing products & people on the backdrop.

SHIPPING
- Shipping prices apply to all 50 states. Please reach out for international shipping.
- Returns are processed via USPS and a pre-paid label will be made available either to print, scan, or affix to your box. Renter is responsible for packing and returning the rental to USPS.
BACKDROPS SUPPORT SYSTEMS
- We do NOT rent stands or supports for shipped rentals.
- Our XL (8x12) Great Salt Lake can weigh upwards of 18-25 lbs so please plan your backdrops support system accordingly. We recommend the Photoflex ProDuty Backdrop Stand that has a max load rating of 40 lb and always use sandbags.
CANCELLATION
- Sometimes sh!t happens and schedules change. While rentals are non-refundable we are happy to credit to your account for future rentals and/or purchases. Text Ash to arrange.
