Rental fee covers a straight hang use ONLY. If you plan to stand, step, or set any object, client, furniture etc ON the backdrop you must add the non-refundable Wear and Tear fee. 

HOW TO RENT A HAND PAINTED BACKDROP:

1- Browse our current inventory and choose the backdrop(s) that fit your vision. 

2- Submit a rental request HERE to ensure availability. Each backdrop in our in-stock inventory is available for rent unless otherwise noted or already rented.

3- Once you've got the go-ahead from us, place your order and remember, backdrops are not reserved until the order is approved and paid in full.

4- Love the backdrop you rented and want to purchase it? We'll subtract the rental fee from the backdrop purchase price. Must be arranged BEFORE last rental day.

PICK UP PROTOCOL 

  • Once your order is placed we will reach out to confirm a pick-up and drop-off times. Pick up times can be scheduled anytime between 8 am-9pm and our studio is just 10 minutes from downtown SLC, right off i15. 
  • We will text our pick up address and instructions once rental is approved and all fees are paid.

CANCELLATION

  • Sometimes sh!t happens and schedules change. While rentals are non-refundable we are happy to credit to your account for future rentals and/or purchases. Text Ash to arrange. 
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What if I decide to purchase the backdrop I rented? 

Great choice, especially since you've already paid for (some of) it! To calculate remaining cost subtract the rental fees + 1/2 the shipping charges from the original backdrop cost. Transaction must occur within 3 business days of the end of the rental and is non-transferrable.

    Q: How early do I need to secure my backdrop for my shoot?

    We recommend planning your rental as far in advance as possible that said, we offer rush shipping services. Submit a contact form HERE
